and we were wearing boots? so its with heels

hey peeps! my phone dieded. i dropped it in the sink but it didnt go in to the pipe lah. i cant seem to i press any buttons? it just went bonkers lah. anyways... needa use an incompatible phone for a few days? which is how saddening? cant bear to part with this phone... it has been too nice to me!!! DD: mish me and my phone luck!

yo people! i'm like how tired? there was PT yesterday... this is what you get if there's no PT for a long long time...
1. stomach muscle pain from crunches
2. back muscle pain... dunno from crunches or tabletop...
3. tired legs... i think from star jumps...

i didnt feel anything yesterday... and this morning... ouch
waking up was dreadful...
PT was kinda fun though...
yeah
i wasnt so tired till i get home... lol
yeah
lesson learnt... never have PT all of a sudden.
but it was kinda fun... starting the cheers... haha

i was the only one who is not in GEP or 6E and F

i would rather the session was serious than fun
i think they were talking crap and it was such a waste of time?

i felt unprepared but i got praised?
i wrote my script but i think i've only used 1/10 of it...
