today's training was again tiring, but absoulutely lovely and really fruitful

did cases
small small improvements.
i guess i short circuited today.

then we did another case!

then a bit of footdrill and pep talk

well, during the pep talk had a lot of thoughts rinning through my mind...
and its only the dunno which trainng, and our beloved staff li hui was like saying all her number 2s are always so emotional.
i guess its true?
thought abt how disappointing it wold be if we didn't win.
spent so much time and energy 4 times a week, coming home so late and tired.
have to give nothing but the best!
